  7.      I, Simpson J. Katz, residing at Las Vegas, Nevada, being
  8. of sound mind and in the  contemplation of the certainty of death,
  9. do hereby declare this instrument to be my last will and
  10. testament.

  15.     I hereby revoke all previous wills and codicils.

  32. residue of my estate to Thomas Katz. If neither Rena H. Katz nor 
  33. Thomas Katz, survives me, I give all the rest and residue of my 
  34. estate to my heirs as determined by the laws of the State of 
  35. Nevada, relating to descent and distribution.

  41. will, to serve without bond. Should Raymond Impara be unable
  42. or unwilling to serve, then I appoint Rosemary Gibson to act as
